Data Center Power Infrastructure Solutions Modular LNG-to-Power for Data CentersData Center Power Solutions deliver onsite, grid-independent natural gas power to sites that cannot wait for utility interconnection. The system combines ISO container LNG supply, modular regasification and gas genset integration into a single engineered, factory-tested chain.
Where grid interconnection queues stretch for years and pipeline gas is out of reach, modular onsite LNG-to-power systems can typically be brought online in 8 to 12 months, independent of pipeline access or grid timelines.
A Three-Block Onsite Power SystemUESTCO’s data center solution is built around three coordinated blocks. 1 ISO Container LNG SupplyLNG is delivered in standardized 20 or 40 ft cryogenic ISO containers, transportable by truck, rail or ship. Containers act as both transport and onsite storage, removing the need for permanent cryogenic tankage early in the project. Capacity scales by adding containers as site load grows.
2 Modular LNG Regasification SkidLNG is vaporized and conditioned through a modular regasification skid: UESTCO’s core product line. The skid handles cryogenic transfer, vaporization, pressure regulation, metering, odorization (where required) and send-out control, delivering pipeline-quality natural gas at the genset inlet specification.
3 Gas Genset IntegrationThe conditioned gas feeds gas-engine gensets sized to the site’s continuous, prime or backup load profile. UESTCO supplies the upstream interface – fuel inlet conditioning, metering, safety logic and control integration – so the genset operates as a fully integrated part of the power system. We work with the operator’s selected genset OEM, or recommend suitable packages.
How It WorksA single integrated chain from cryogenic LNG to data center loads. Stage 1 ISO LNG ContainerCryogenic LNG supply and onsite storage in standardized containers. Stage 2 Regasification SkidVaporization, pressure regulation and metering convert LNG to pipeline-quality gas. Stage 3 Gas GensetConditioned natural gas feeds gas-engine gensets for onsite power generation. Stage 4 Data CenterClean, regulated power delivered to IT and facility loads. - The system can operate independently of the local grid, or in parallel with it during phased energization
